Roxbro House is a select intimate Five star B&B offering the very best in luxury accommodation. Set in the picturesque medieval coastal village of Warkworth in Northumberland, it occupies a most enviable position directly opposite its 12th Century castle. Being a 10 minute drive from Alnwick Castle and Gardens and 30 minutes from Newcastle we are ideally situated for all visitors. The ethos at Roxbro House is centred upon style, quality, attention to detail and superb customer service. This high standard is further supported with invitations from “The Michelin Hotel Guide†and “Alistair Sawdays Special Places to Stay†publications. Luxury silks and velvets adorn our rooms, and our beds are dressed with crisp white cotton and plump goose feather pillows and duvets. Our breakfasts offer a varied al a carte menu, which is served on crisp white linen covered tables dressed with sterling silver cutlery and fine bone china. The Stables is a small family owned guest accommodation within a new barn conversion. Currently we have 1 double room with it's own private shower room facilities,TV, DVD and internet access. We can tailor to individual requirements e.g breakfast times etc .,as you will be our only guests. We are located in a very small village which has an excellent pub/ restaurant serving food 7 days a week. Bamburgh with it's famous beach and castle, is only 5 miles East, Holy Island is only 12 miles North, Alnwick and the Castle and Garden are only 12 miles south, to the west and only a short drive away are the beautiful Cheviot Hills. *** Please note we only accept CASH or CHEQUE (with valid bank card ) as PAYMENT. The property is surrounded by spectacular countryside yet there are fantastic beaches, castles, walks and villages close by but most impressive of all are the Cheviot Hills which are the back drop to our home. Our home really does sit in the best Northumberland has to offer. Choose to stay in either the Chillingham Room which is our luxury twin or the Alnwick Room which is our luxury super king or push the boat out and stay in the Chatton Suite which has a separate lounge, bedroom, bathroom (pure luxury). After an exhausting day of exploring the area come home and relax in our sumptuous lounge with a drink of your choice or for the more energetic a game of tennis on our complimentary tennis court. All our rooms are equipped to a very high standard with everything you need to make your stay with us as relaxing as possible. Our motto is "Nothing is too much trouble." 
The Saddle Hotel & Grill is a small friendly family run business. Please dont come here looking for the Ritz as that is not what we do here, we only look to offer reasonably priced food and accommodation with a homely atmosphere and good friendly service. Our rooms are not suites but are cosy and comfortable all the same and we try our very best to make your stay with us as enjoyable as it can be. Some of our rooms are bigger than other some containing Bath/Showers and some just showers. All rooms will be let on a first come first serve basis. We are open all year round excluding Christmas day and serve food daily from 12-2pm and 6-9pm. We have a huge selection of delicious home cooked food on offer in our cosy lounges and restaurants. Recommended by the Good pub guide and Which? guide to country pubs for excellent food and very reasonable prices too. We are also NOT a fast food restaurant, so at busy times eg. weekends, holidays when we are extremely busy, please be prepared to wait as all our meals are cooked to order and will be served in the order they are taken. Located in the sea side village of Alnmouth, in the heart of the beautiful Northumbrian countryside. Only 4 miles from the A1 and situated in an ideal location to visit all the northeast has to offer. Within a ten mile radius you will find Alnwick Castle and their famous gardens, Warkworth Castle and some of the most amazing coast line in England, plus so much more. We have just finished putting in a small residents car park as well to accommodate our guests, situated at the back of the hotel. We are more a restaurant than a pub. As we are NOT a pub and never will be and do not really cater for this trade we just leave the people who like a drink or two to the many other actual pubs with their late licenses. Our license only allows us to serve drinks up until 11pm mondays to saturdays and 10.30 on sundays. The days are long enough as it is being a family run business. 
We are a small family run business. The saddle is set in the lovely coastal village of Alnmouth. Our Bed & Breakfast is situated on the right hand side on the main street just before the Church. We have 8 recently refurbished bedrooms. All have televisions with built in digital tv, dvd player and ipod dock, Central heating, Tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and telephone. Along with the rooms we have also just added a residents lounge. With a large television and a small selection of drinks and snacks. We also have a small residents car park which can be accessed by taking the first right immediately after the building. Breakfast consists of the usual hot and cold selections and we also cater for vegetarians and gluton free diets if informed when booking your stay. This served from 8.30am-9.15 everyday. If you require an earlier or later breakfast please let us know. As usual we still offer our homemade Sunday Lunches, served every Sunday from 12pm - 2pm.
